Ahh, it was just like going home and visiting my favorite "not real but real in my head" family. James and Izzy, it ws so much fun catching up with them and HOLY HOTNESS! James never disappoints to deliver the sexiness. 

The story picks years later and you know how marriages are, the highs and lows, and that is where we find The Clado's . Not that they do not love each other, it's that point where the kids are needy and attentions get diverted. So when this case happens upon ALFA Investigations, James needs a submissive to work the case and we all know Izzy isn't going to let that happen. So of course James asks his wife to go undercover with him. Boundaries are tested and it is SMOKIN' HOT. I would have loved a little more drama involving the case, but the story still has a strong foundation. 

Izzy and her "sister" still make this series for me. When they all get together the hilarity ensues. When Izzy is looking for a new artist to join the shop and the ladies find out that her intent is to hire a female, I laughed so hard. The familial bond these women have makes me somewhat jealous and it's s BOOK! That takes talent of the author to make the reader long to be included.

At one point I thought I was going to have to hop on a plane and hunt down Ms. Bliss. When there is a cancer scare and who it happens to... I was not going to allow Ms. Bliss to do it, nope, not happening. She chose wisely. I know if this series is to continue someone is bound to die, I know this, but I do NOT accept it. The Gallo family is my favorite literary family and I need them to stay in tact.
Izzy is her normal hot head self and James is the only one who can tame her but can he tame her long enough to keep her safe?
